Season 1: Episode 1: Kassa

It starts by showing you a person with their hood up walking along what seems to be a bridge It appears that this is Morlana One, the Preox-Morlana Corporate Zone, BBY 5. The hooded guy walks through the streets and goes into some type of club. He gets a drink and the lady tells him that he pays at the end.

Another woman comes up to him and sarts to talk to him and two guys get upset saying they were there first. Another woman approaches the two men that were complaining and they are quiet. The woman and guy keep talking. He asks the woman about a woman from Kenari that works there. The woman goes to check if there is someone from Kenari that works there and you notice that the woman stopped talking to the two guys and the bigger one of the two is staring at the guy asking about the girl from Kenari. The two guys start arguing with the other guy. the woman comes back saying that the woman from Kenari left several months ago. He asks her if she knows where she went and she tells him she disappeared. People come and go. She told him he should leave. So he does. He is walking through the streets again and the two guys are yelling to him and harrassing him. The guys are guards and they pull a gun on him. One guard has his gun to the guys head and the other is checking his pockes. The guy bangs the back of his head into the face of the unarmed guard and the other one starts wrestling with him. The guy gets the gun from the guard and tells him to get up and to get the other guy up. They realize he is dead. The guard is trying to talk the guy into letting him go and the guy shoots him and runs.

He gets to a ship and takes off. The next scene you see a red robot rolling through the streets and it sees some animals running towards him so it stops. One of the animals lifts its leg and pees on the robot so the robot sticks a tool out of its body and shocks the animal sending it off running. The robot continues to roll on. He comes to a ship and goes in. The robot calls the guy that we saw in the beginning of the show, Cassian. He tells cassian that he brought what he told him to.

Cassian is dreaming about when he was a boy. Him and his sister are speaking Kenari. They see a ship in his dream and it crashes. The next scene Cassian is awake and the robot is asking him where he was. Cassian evades telling the robot where he was. Cassian told the robot, Bee, to lie for him. To tell no one that he saw him. The robot tells Cassian he wants to go with him. Cassian said he can't and that he is late.

Cassian rushes off and stops to talk to Brasso. He tells Brasso that he wants him to lie and say that they ran into each other the night before. Brasso is asking Cassian who will be asking about where he was the night before and Cassian ignores the question and continues with the lie saying that the ended up going to Brasso's house and they drank themselves to sleep. Cassian says, Please, I need this. Brasso continues with the story Cassian was making up. Brasso goes to work.

In the next scene we are at Morlana One Corporate security Headquarters. There are two men talking and you realize they are talking about the two guards that were killed the night before. The younger guy, Syril, wants to find out who did this but the Boss, Chief Inspector Hyne, tells him to stop and that this case has all the marks of what he describes as regrettable misadventure. The Syril says they were murdered but the Inspector Hyne says no, they were killed in a fight that happend outside a brothel in which they were not supposed to be at. Both of them on the job which is a dismissable offence. The Inspector Hyne told the Syril to make something up about the case. The Inspector Hyne goes off to a meeting.

The next scene you see Cassian walking through the streets. He walks up to someone and starts talking to her. He asks her about her friend that buys. Her secret friend. He wants to sell her friend something. The lady, Bix tells him he won't come out for only one item. They need to bulk items together and then her friend will come out. He wants to sell an untraceable NS-9 Starpath unit, Vector crystals and Imperial seal still intact. They argue for a bit and Bix finally says she will let her friend know. Cassian goes to leave and is confronted by Timm, Bix's boyfriend. They make their comments to each other and Cassian leaves.

The next scene Cassian is a boy on Kenari and he is watching this group of older kids getting ready with war paint to go somewhere.Cassian's sister wants to go with but he tells her to stay back and she does.

The next scene we are back with Syril. He is standing in front of a door just staring nervously at it. He goes into the office finally and he is talking to another guy about what type of ship went through a certain checkpoint. He tells the other guy to find what kind of ship it was and where it went. The other guy exclaims that it will take a long time to figure it out.

The next scene Cassian is walking through the streets and is stopped by someone he owes money too. Apparently the were friends and Cassian cannot believe that they are threatening him for the money that happens to be in play and not available.

The next scene Bix tells Timm she is going to run some errands and that she will not be long. Timm follows her but runs into someone and loses her. He is trying to figure out what she is up to because he does not know she does a side business. She talks to someone and then goes and hides to make a call out.

Back to Syril. He is asking his coworkers if they have anything about males from Kenari. All they have is the Imperial census from 6 years ago. He tells them to put out a bulletin saying Kenari human men wanted for questioning. For them to slam the channels and flood it.

Next scene they are at the ship that Cassian used the night he got away after killing the guards. Cassian talks to Pegla about replacing the ID chip log with a blank one. This way it will have no evidence of that ship being around the crime scene. Pegla gets called away by his boss and Pegla tells Cassian that he cannot borrow the ship any more and to close it out. He says, We're done. No more favors. No more deals. Don't come back.

In the next scene he is a boy on Kenari again. You see the kids with the war paint on their faces and heading off on their adventure. Cassian's sister runs after them and Cassian says something in Kenari and runs off leaving her behind. And that is how this episode ends. This is definitely a cliff hanger. You want to know how him and his sister get separated. You also want to know what is going to happen next and are they going to find Cassian?

Season 1: Episode 2: That Would Be Me

This episode starts on Kenari where the last episode left off. The group of kids is walking through the forest.

They are walking and you see one kid step on a fallen log and jump off it and then you see Cassian have to straddle it to get over it. You notice he is the smallest one there. They come to what looks like a mining station. And they keep walking.

The next scene the are back on Ferrix and there is a guy using big mallets on metal ringing a “bell” to signal something. Maybe the end of the work day. Cassian is walking through the street. People are walking in the street and you see this guy powering down the lights of his ship yard. And you see people putting up their work boots and going home. You see Bix and she is reading something on the computer. Timm asks her if everything is ok. Timm is trying to get her to do dinner together and she wants to do it another night because she’s telling him she is tired. Timm goes to the computer and turns it back on and sees what she was reading. It says Pre-mor authority seeking aKenari maleresident of Ferrix for questioning. Citizens with any information please contact the Preox Morlana Security HQwithout delay.

The next scene Cassian is entering somewhere. You see the robot Bee and a lady, Maarva, sitting in a chair and she tells Bee Don’t you say a word. I mean it. Cassian finds Maarva and says, There you are. Don’t you look comfortable. He kisses her on the cheek and she says, Hey. Cassian says hi to Bee. Maarva asks him if everything is ok. He looks at her and says, Oh, oh this. Pointing to his eye. Oh I need a wash.Uh, I was helping Pegla and tripped on a cable. Maarva says, You’ve been busy. Cassian says, Yeah. I ran into Brasso last night. We had a lot to talk about.

Maarva says, Sounds fascinating. Cassian continues with, I would have come home this morning, but everything I had going on was over East. I’ve been trying to get back all day. I am going to go get cleaned up. Maarva says to Bee, Read it to him, Bee. Cassian says what. Bee says, I c-c-can speak now? Maarva says tersely, Read it. Bee reads the same alert the Bix and Timm read. Maarva says, who else knows? Cassian says, about what? Maarva says, that you were born in Kenari. Cassian says, You don’t want to hear what happened? Maarva says, Mmm-hmm, we’ll get to that. But who knows? Who have we told? Cassian said, I don’t know. I… Maarva said, We have always said Fest. Every doc I’ve ever submitted has always said you were born on Fest. Have you ever said anything other than Fest? Cassian says, Officially, no. I don’t think so. But people, yes. Maarva says, who? Well, how many? Cassian says, I don’t know. It’s not something I’ve been keeping track of. Maarva says, Everyone I have told is dead. Cassian says, That’s ridiculous. Jezzi. Sammo. Hmm? Maarva said, That’s family. Cassian said, If we are making a list. We are making a list. Maarva says, Well, it’s all your women that I am worried about. Cassian says, Oh, come one. Please. Stop. Stop! Maarva is saying, Femmi, Karla, Soundreen. There are some names I don’t even know! Bee says Bix. Cassian says Bix has nothing to do with this. Maarva yells, Well, then who told these Pre-mor bastards about Kenari? Cassian says, That would be me.

Bee tells Cassian that Bix is looking for him. Cassian says, When? WHen? WHen did she call? Just now? Maarva is saying, What? Tell me.Bee tells Cassian that his comms failed. Cassian says, Bee, Where is she? Maarva is saying to Cassian, How did that come up? Cassian is teling Bee, Come on. Maarva is telling Cassian to forget that and Cassian is asking Bee if Bix is stil in the yard. Maarva says, What do they want? Cassian is saying Bee? Then shouts to Maarva Wait! Bee is trying to figure out where Bix is and is talking it out. Then Bee powers down. Maarva says, Cassian, what have you done? He says, I messed up.

Next seen you see Bix in a bar drinking and Cassian is walking and finds her. He says to Bix, Haven't been here in a while. Bix says, I wasn't sure what was safe. Cassian says to her, You saw the notice and she replies with What did you do? Cassian says, two guys jumped me. It went too far. She replies with, How far is too far? Cassian said, They were shaking me down. I wasn't looking for a fight. Liasten, forget what I said this morning. I'll sell you the piece. I just need enough to get out of here. She replies with, He's coming. The buyer is coming. It's too late to call him off. He'll be here in the morning. Cassian says, Hey, I won't forget this.Timm is there too. Hes watching them. He takes a drink and leaves. Bix tells Cassian he should go and Cassian replies, yeah and gets up and leaves. Then you see Timm walking down the street. He goes to a phone and dials.

In the next scene you hear one of the officers on Morlana saying, Did you call him? And another replying, He's on his way up. They are looking up Cassian and the female officer says, Cassian Andor. This says he's from Fest. Another officer is saying, This was a tip call, right? Probably someone messing with us. The female officer says, I don't see Kenari here. Another officer says, Hold on. I have an image. The female reads, Insurrection, destruction of imperial property, assault on Imperial soldier. One of the other guards says, Check the database. See if it says anything about Kenari. Syril comes up and says, We have a suspect? One of the officers says, I don't know yet. We are about to get an image. Syril is staring at the image and in comes the lady Cassian was talking to at the club. When he was asking about his sister.

Next scene you see Timm staring at the drink in his hand and the door bell rings. He goes to the door and asks who is it? Ther person outside, Bix, says, Is it too late? He let her in.Bix says, your light was on. Timm says, I am here. Bix says, Yeah, I see that. Tim says, Uh, no, I meant ... I meant, yes, it's not too late. Bix says, I couldn't sleep. But if it's not a good time, then ... Timm says, No. No. Not at all.

Timm says, I’m just. I’m surprised. Bix says, good. Timm asks Bix if she wants something to drink. She says, No. I’ve had enough. She asks Timm if he is all right and he says, I am now. They kiss.

In the next scene Syril is at his desk and he sees Sergeant Linus and goes to talk to him. Sergeant Linus says, Sergeant Linus at your service sir. Syril says, sorry to roust you in the middle of the night. Sergeant Linus says, No, sir. Privilege, sir. Got the brief on the ride in. Syril says, I’d like to move on this quickly. We have a dangerous, mobile suspect in a very serious crime. Sergeant Linus says, I couldn't agree more. Tempo is crucial. Velocity in the service of inspired leadership, is there a worthy substitute? I think not. Syril says, It’s one suspect. How many do you think we need? Sergeant Linus says, I’d say 12, sir, just to be prudent. Will you be suiting out with us sir? Syril says, I think I should. Don't you? Linus says, Absolutely, sir. Show of force. Boost morale. Nothing like seeing an officer on the line. Syril says, excellent. Linus says, If I may, sir, hats off to you and Chief Inspector. Two men dead, line of duty, collegues. It's outrageous. Syril exclaims, Exactly! The thought of anything less than full engagement on a case like this ... Linus says, Unconscionable, sir. Dereliction of duty, at minimum. Syril says, it would be, wouldn't it? Linus says, I've seen it, sir. Half measures. The take-it-slow, the wait-and-see. It's a plague on discipline. Face your men, yourself, the rest of your life, knowing you did less than everything you possibly could? I've been saying all along we need a stronger hand with these affiliated planets. There's fomenting out there, sir. Pockets of fomenting. Corporate Tactical Forces are the Empire's first line of defense, and the best way to keep the blade sharp is to use it. So, well, thank you sir. Syril replies with, I'll pass along your kind words to the chief Inspector. Linus salutes Syril and says, Sir! and leaves.

In the next seen you see Maarva sitting in her chair. You see Bee looking at her and you can see Maarva is just staring and she has her hands clasped together and she seems to be nervously rubbing a finger against her thumb.

The next scene is showing a flashlight in a ship that is moving around. It is Cassian. He bangs on a panel in a certain rhythm and it opens and something wrapped up pops down. He opens it up and you can see it is the empiral piece that he means to sell. he wraps it up and puts it in a bag. He sits there with a pistol in his hands.

In the next scene he is a boy on the island. He catches up to the villagers of Kenari, who again, are all like 20 and younger, and he is yanked down because he is standing up trying to see what the leader is looking at. She speaks in Kenari and they all stay there, but she slides down the hill and you see the ship that had crashed before. You see the villagers waiting and watching in suspense. The leader clicks her tongue and they run down and into a different position.

The next scene you see a ship flying and approaching a planet. Then you see the back of a mans head and hear him say, optimize landing. And you hear a droid say, landing scanned and locked. The man says, How long of a walk this time? The droid says, The shuttle will be 2.3 klicks away. The man says, There's nothing closer? and the droid answers, Nothing safe. The shuttle lands and you see the man looking through binoculars.

In the next scene you see the man with the giant mallets and he starts ringing the bell.

The next scene you see Bix wake up and Timm is sitting in a chair looking at her. She sees him and says, Hey. Pauses and then says, What are you doing? Timm says, I couldn't sleep. Bix rolls over and says, Tell me you have Caf. He replies with, Was just about to put it on. As Timm walks to start the Caf, Bix asks him if he can open up the yard this morning. Timm says, Uh, sure. She gets dressed and goes over by him and asks, You okay? Timm says, Yeah. Yeah. Just, um ... Just tired. And he gives her a cup and then says, What's up this mornin'? Bix answers, Just got a few errands to run. Won't be long. And she walks away. You can see Timm in the background and he looks upset.

In the next scene, you see Cassian with Bee and he is looking in a bag and says, I'm sure I had some comms in here. He finds one and shakes it and you hear a rattling and he says, this is crap and he tosses it on the ground away from him and continues rummaging through the bag. Bee says, Why do we n-n-need comms? Then Cassian says here we go. Bee says, you can just come and tell me. Cassian says into the comms, you haven't bee listening to me, have you? Bee says, in a sad voice, you have to go away. Cassian says, And? Bee says, You have c-c-credits for Maarva. You need to t-t-tell me where you're hiding them. Cassian says, because we don't want someone else to find Maarva's credits, do we? Bee says, I agree and moves closer to Cassian and says, You should stay. Cassian says, If I can bring them myself, I will. But if I can't we need the comms, right? Bee! Bee says, Going is a b-b-bad idea. Cassian says, You need to get back. She's gonna wonder where you are. Come on. Go! Bee leaves and Cassian finishes gathering stuff.

In the next scene you see Maarva looking around and calling for Bee. She walks into a room and says, If you've powered down back here again, I'll be so upset with you. Maarva looks around the room and sees Cassians weapon from when he was with the villagers on Kenari.

Then in the next scene, you see the villagers and little Cassian watching the leader walk twoards the wreckage. She sees a body and pokes it and keeps walking towards the wreckage. She pokes at another body which falls out and shes staring at it. Then you see Cassian and he sees another person from the wreckage getting up. He gasps and you see the man shoot the leader. The villagers are yelling and shooting arrows out of their weapons and the guy is shooting his gun at them. He finally collapses and the villagers run to the leader. she is dead. They carry her off. You see Cassian looking back at the wreckage upset.

In the next scene you see Cassian walking up to this window. The man in the window says, Hey, Haven't seen you in a while. Cassian says, You got a minute? The guy says, I'm just ... I'm looking up Kenari. Cassian says, what's that? The guy in the window points behind him and says, Yeah, he never heard of it either. The guy behing the window says, Kenari. Mid Rim. Abandoned after Imperial mining disaster. Abandoned nd considered toxic. Imperial prohibition. There's a little guy behind the window talking in an alien language. The other guy answers. No. No, there's no reward. The little guy walks away. The other guy says. The are looking for someone. You know anybody from Kenari? Cassian laughs. Then the guy says, What can I do for you. Cassian, says, How much for a run to Tassar? The guy behind the window says, When? Cassian says, today. The guy behind the window says, What would we be picking up? Cassian says, give me a price for not knowing. He's asked weight? and responds not important. Then hes asked, is it explosive? Does it talk? Cassian says, Give me a number, Xan. Xan tells him, 900. Cassian scoffs and says, a real number. Xan says, You want immediacy and discretion. That's an expensive combo. Cassian says, I got 500. Xan says, Well, you should plan more carefully. Cassian says, ok, let's split the difference. Xan says, It's your choice. You want to go today and have me keep my mouth shut? seven's my floor. Cassian says, Okay, if it's seven, you better be ready in an hour. As Cassian walks away he says keep the engine running. Then you hear the little guy speaking an alien language and Xan yells, Will you let it go. The little guy keeps talking and walks away.

In the next scene you see a ship and inside is Seargeant Linus, Syril and his men. Linus is saying, All right gentle men. Cassian Andor and shows an image of him. He says, not a recent image, but it's the best we've got. He may not appear to be a formiddable opponent, but two of our men are dead having made that mistake. West team will include Deputy Inspector Karn (Syril) and myself. We will endeavor to serve the warrent and exfil rapidly. North and East team will take positions accordingly for a pincer movement should the subject attempt to flee. Andor should be considered armed and dangerous. We will have the element of surprise, but there should be no illusions as to the risks involved. There may be some local residence who are less than enthused with our presence. You may remind them that there's a Territorial Forum once a month where they are free to make official complaints. The men chuckle. Then Linus says, All yours, sir.

Syril takes the floor. He says, Thank you for being here. There comes a time when the risk of doing nothing becomes the greatest risk of all. This is one of those decisive moments, and I can't imagine a team I'd rather share it with than all of you. He continues and sounds nervous, There's no room for doubt on the path to success, he gulps, and says, and uh, justice. They stare at him and he looks around and says, Best of luck to us all. They stare at him and he steps back. Seargeant Linus starts clapping and the rest join in.

Back on Ferrix you see the man that landed and was looking through the binoculars looking out a window. He's on a ship and a guy is making small talk about how much they charge to take the ship what he does for a living. Then the guy tells him, You know what they say? And the other man says, No, What's that? And the guy responds, If you can't find it here, it's not worth finding. Then the man looks out the window at Ferrix.

In the next scene you see Cassin running through what looks to be an industrial yard. And that's the end. Are you hooked yet? I am. The end leaves you wanting to know what is going to happen to Cassian.
